The company’s board of directors has passed the "Board Performance Evaluation Measures" and the board of directors should be implemented at least once a year Internal performance evaluation according to law, the evaluation scope includes the overall board of directors, individual directors and functional committees.  

The overall board performance evaluation includes the following five aspects:
1. The degree of participation in the company’s operations.
2. Improve the quality of board decision-making.
3. The composition and structure of the board of directors.
4. The selection and continuing education of directors.
5. Internal control.  

The performance evaluation of directors includes the following six aspects:
1. Company goals mastery with the task.
2. Awareness of directors' responsibilities.
3. The degree of participation in the company’s operations.
4. Internal relationship management and communication.
5. Professional and continuous education of directors.
6. Internal control.  

Functional committee performance evaluation includes the following five aspects:
1. The degree of participation in the company’s operations.
2. Recognition of the responsibilities of functional committee.
3. Improve the decision-making quality of functional committee.
4. Functional committee composition and member selection.
5. Internal control.
