Investors Relations

The company's management department is responsible for handling shareholder suggestions and serving as a communication bridge between the company and investors, hoping to enable investors to fully understand the company's business results and long-term business direction.

The shareholders of company can make recommendations or business directions to the management team/board of directors in the following ways:

1. The annual regular shareholders meeting or extraordinary shareholders meeting
2. Investor relations website/investor mailbox/telephone.

The management department will consolidate the specific suggestions put forward by the shareholders and regularly communicate them to the company's management team and report to the board of directors as a reference for the direction of operation. At the same time, the company will continue to report on the company's operating performance, fully and effectively communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner, and maintain the integrity, immediacy, accuracy, and transparency of information disclosure at any time.
