Corporate Governance Framework and Promoting

The corporate governance working group consists of the the finance and accounting department, management department, and internal audit office. The assistant vice president of the finance and accounting department is in charge of corporate governance-related affairs, including providing information required by directors to perform their business, assisting directors in their appointments and continuing education, handling matters related to the meeting of shareholders and the board of directors in accordance with the law, preparing minutes of meetings of the board of directors and shareholders, handling company registration and change registration matters, assisting the board of directors to strengthen their functions and comply with relevant laws and regulations, and implement the protection of the rights and interests of stakeholders and equal treatment of shareholders.
