Waste Management and Pollution Control

HUAYIN aims to achieve sustainable resource reuse by setting waste reduction KPIs and promoting waste sorting education. The waste management principles prioritize reuse within the plant to reduce the consumption of raw materials, followed by recycling, and lastly, incineration or landfill. We place high importance on the operation of internal and external waste management systems, waste storage, collection, and disposal to strictly prevent pollution and hazards. For waste management, we select and commission qualified vendors and implement waste reduction through the following methods:
1. Collaborating with recycling companies to recycle and reuse industrial waste, such as scrap wires and waste motherboards.
2.Improving product packaging methods to reduce the use of plastic packaging materials.

As a result of these efforts, the total weight of waste in 2024 decreased by approximately 12.2% compared to the previous year.

Note 2: The "Total" in this report refers to the combined weight of industrial waste and municipal waste.
