Water Resource Use and Efficiency

HUAYIN has long been concerned with issues related to water resource conservation and environmental protection. Regarding our water-saving initiatives, we start by fully implementing daily water-saving practices to maximize the benefits of available water resources. We continually promote and encourage water conservation among employees across our subsidiaries. Various improvement measures have been implemented, including introducing wastewater systems into recycling systems and using recycled water in production processes to increase water output. For example, the Huai'an plant has established a recycling water pool, enabling the reuse of cooling water for drawing lines. In 2024, the total water consumption decreased by approximately 2.6% compared to the previous year.
