Company Human Rights Policy

To fulfill corporate social responsibility and ensure human rights protection, our company references international human rights standards such as the International Bill of Rights and the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We have established a human rights policy applicable to our company and all subsidiaries of the Huaying Group to prevent any infringement or violation of human rights. In addition to providing a reasonably safe workplace, we ensure that all current employees are treated fairly and with dignity.

Human Rights Concerns and Specific Management Plans

The Huaying Group follows international human rights standards, setting a human rights policy in line with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. This policy clearly defines various human rights protection standards and specific management plans to create a respectful and inclusive workplace.

2. Offer various welfare measures to stabilize employees' lives and improve work efficiency.
3. Implement an employee stock trust plan to share the company's operational results with employees.

Workplace Safety:
1. Provide a safe and healthy working environment and implement employee physical and mental health promotion programs.

2. Establish sexual harassment prevention measures and an employee grievance channel. As of the end of December 2024, no sexual harassment complaints have been received.

Prohibit Forced Labor All employees 1. Strictly comply with government labor laws and do not force or coerce any unwilling personnel to perform labor.
2. Prohibit the withholding of employee documents or the collection of deposits.


Diverse Communication All/new employees Provide diverse and open communication channels, regularly hold labor-management meetings to promote harmony between labor and management, and effectively mediate differences in opinions.
Prohibit Child Labor New employees, job seekers The Huaying Group only accepts applicants who are at least 18 years old and conducts verification checks on job seekers. As of the end of December 2024, the number of child laborers is 0.
