To practice corporate social responsibility, implement corporate governance, develop a sustainable environment, maintain social welfare, and promote economic, environmental, and social progress and sustainable development, our company has established a "Sustainable Development Code of Practice." The management department concurrently serves as the unit responsible for driving sustainability initiatives. Based on the principle of materiality, the department assesses risks related to environmental, social, or corporate governance issues associated with the company's operations. According to the assessed risks, the department formulates relevant risk management policies and execution measures and reports to the board of directors. The most recent report to the board of directors was on August 13, 2024.

In practical implementation, our company has reduced the use of disposable utensils, continuously carried out waste sorting, recycling, reduction, and reuse activities in line with government policies, and promoted water conservation awareness. We have fully digitalized standardized documents through a document signing and management system to reduce paper usage, thereby decreasing environmental pollution and energy consumption. We also turn off unnecessary power sources during lunch breaks to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction policies.
