Human Rights Policy

To fulfill corporate social responsibility and implement human rights protection, we have formulated a human rights policy applicable to HUAYIN and all HUAYIN GROUP affiliates. This policy references internationally recognized human rights standards, including the International Bill of Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. HUAYIN GROUP follows international human rights standards, establishes human rights policies, and ensures consistency with the "RBA Code of Conduct." We clearly define various human rights protection regulations and specific management schemes to create a friendly, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment.

3. Eliminate hiring and employment discrimination to ensure equal opportunity.

Provide a Safe and Healthy Working Environment All/New Employees Personnel Employment:
1. Provide reasonable salaries in accordance with laws and regulations, and handle social insurance as required.
2. Provide various welfare measures to stabilize employees' lives and improve work efficiency.
3. Adopt an Employee Stock Ownership Trust (ESOT) scheme to share the company's operational results with employees.

Workplace Safety:
1. Provide a safe and healthy working environment and implement employee physical and mental health promotion plans.
2. Establish measures for the prevention of sexual harassment and provide grievance channels. As of the end of October 2024, no complaints regarding sexual harassment have been received.

Prohibition of Forced Labor All Employees 1. Strictly comply with government labor laws; do not force or coerce any unwilling personnel to perform labor services.
2. Prohibit the withholding of employee identification documents or the collection of deposits.

Diverse Communication All/New Employees Provide diverse and open communication channels, hold regular labor-management meetings, strive to promote harmony between labor and management, create good labor relations, and effectively mediate differences of opinion.
Prohibition of Child Labor New Employees, Applicants HUAYIN GROUP only accepts applicants aged 18 or older and verifies job seekers. As of the end of October 2024, the number of child laborers is 0.
