Intellectual Property
In consideration of our industry characteristics and operational model, in addition to protecting trademarks, patents, and copyrights related to Group operations, the Company’s management focus centers on the protection of trade secrets. We maintain our competitive advantage and operational stability through institutionalized internal control mechanisms.
The Company has established the "Procedures for Handling Material Inside Information" to clearly define confidentiality obligations, information transmission protocols, and document management regarding trade secrets. We require directors, managers, and employees to sign confidentiality agreements. Annual internal training is conducted for all employees, totaling 28 participants, to strengthen awareness of intellectual property protection and legal compliance. Additionally, we require external partners to sign confidentiality agreements prior to executing major contracts, thereby enhancing our overall information security mechanism.
The Group currently holds 6 trademarks and 9 patents. The status of intellectual property management is reported to the Board of Directors at least once a year, with the most recent report presented on March 13, 2025.
