Corporate Governance Structure

The Company has appointed a corporate governance officer to promote corporate governance–related matters. The responsibilities include providing directors with information necessary for the performance of their duties, assisting directors with onboarding and continuing education, handling matters related to shareholders’ meetings and board meetings in accordance with applicable laws, preparing minutes of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, managing company registration and amendments, assisting the Board of Directors in enhancing its functions and complying with relevant laws and regulations, and implementing the principles of protecting stakeholders’ rights and ensuring equitable treatment of shareholders.

The Company conducts education and training on insider trading–related laws, regulations, and internal policies for incumbent directors, managerial officers, and employees at least once a year. Newly appointed directors and managerial officers receive such training upon assuming their positions, while new employees receive education and training during pre-employment orientation conducted by the Human Resources Department.
