Stakeholders may communicate with HUAYIN regarding their concerns or provide relevant suggestions or reports. The Management Department will compile the specific issues and suggestions raised by various stakeholders and convey them to the management team for reference in business operations. A report will also be made to the Board of Directors periodically (the most recent report date being March 13, 2025).
HUAYIN has established the "Ethical Corporate Management Procedures and Guidelines for Conduct" and a corresponding whistleblowing system. Internal or external personnel who discover any violations of ethical corporate management regulations may file a report via email or telephone. The whistleblower's personal data will be kept confidential in accordance with the law, and appropriate measures will be taken to protect their privacy. Upon receiving a report, HUAYIN will employ various techniques—including reverse inference, observation, inquiry, analysis, verification, investigation, and evaluation—to gather concrete evidence. Once the investigation is complete, subsequent actions will be taken in accordance with national laws and company regulations.
HUAYIN maintains effective communication channels and designated personnel responsible for listening to and responding to stakeholder needs, safeguarding their rightful interests, and adhering to confidentiality principles.
