In 2020, our company invested in Huaying Energy, laying the groundwork for the group's blueprint of "environmental protection, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and sustainable operation." We have entered the solar photovoltaic power generation system sector, providing comprehensive system integration services for power plant construction and long-term maintenance. Our core business focuses on professional solar system development, planning, construction, and operation. In May 2024, the Board of Directors of Huaying Electronics Co., Ltd. approved a simplified merger with Huaying Energy, with the merger effective date set for June 30, 2024. Post-merger, we will continue our commitment to protecting the Earth, promoting sustainable development, and reducing carbon emissions through green energy.
